Real Estate Referrals Agreements

Connecting Clients with Trusted Real Estate Professionals

A real estate referral agreement is a professional arrangement between licensed real estate agents or brokers to refer clients while ensuring compliance with state and national regulations. These agreements allow agents to connect clients with trusted professionals in different regions or specialties while maintaining transparency and ethical standards.

Your Trusted Network for Real Estate Success

At Tierra Antigua Realty, I participate in referral agreements to help buyers and sellers access qualified agents across Southern Arizona and beyond. Referral agreements are structured to protect clients, ensure proper compensation for the referring agent, and maintain compliance with National Association of Realtors® (NAR) guidelines. By working with a trusted network of professionals, clients receive seamless service and expert guidance, even when buying or selling outside my local market.

Professional Referrals. Timely Communication. Trusted Results.

Whether you’re a fellow agent referring a client or a buyer/seller benefiting from a referral, I am committed to honest communication, transparency, and smooth transactions throughout the entire process. I offer a 25% referral fee to real estate agents for residential property referrals. Once a referral agreement is executed, I will contact the buyer or seller immediately and keep you updated throughout the transaction. You’ll be informed once the referred client has an accepted offer, so you know when to expect the finder's fee.
