Arizona Home Buyer Advisory

The advisory is available in both English and Spanish.

The Home Buyer Advisory is a resource for the real estate consumer provided by the Arizona Association of Realtors®. Buyers are urged to review advisory before purchasing a home. It contains useful links for completing your 10-day inspection period. While the document is comprehensive, it is not exhaustive and should only be used as a supplement to the AAR Residential Purchase Contract and never in lieu of professional inspections and advice.
