I told Yvette Palmer she was the BEST REALTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH as both a buyer and a seller. This was the third time we worked with Yvette in Santa Cruz County AZ. The first was finding a house when we had to move quickly to the area because my parents were having health problems. I am very particular and Yvette tirelessly showed us about 40 homes in a week until we found the one that was just right and negotiated a fair price. When my parents both passed, she was the realtor that worked hard to sell their house for premium but realistic price. 

After spending 15 years in our perfect home, we found a new one in another state and once again called on Yvette.
