The Portal is a personalized webpage to help you keep track of listings. You will be able to obtain filters of your searches for viewing specific listings matching your criteria that may include Bank Foreclosures, and/or Short Sales if you wish. Plus, search filters of available properties that are located within so many miles of a certain location. The possibilities are endless, the main page of the portal is user friendly and divided into four panels:
- Searches will show the most current information about the listings, and the number of matches will vary as listings are added or are sold.
- Listings that you have marked as Favorites, Possibilities, and Rejects will be kept organized in Listing Carts – you can also look at the listings that I have recommended.
- View message threads about listings – you can send me messages about listings from this page.
- Review your Profile information and edit your contact information.
