Knowing exactly what you are buying is probably the biggest hurdle to jump in a real estate transaction yet many people gloss over due diligence and end up regretting it. Here is a

All your inspections will need to be completed within the negotiated time frame outlined in your purchase contract. With your findings, you will be able to decide if you wish to cancel the contract or allow the seller to repair those items you disapprove of.
